Privacy

Privacy for the RedDogSME Public Website.

RedDogSME keeps the public website lightweight. You can browse it with no account system and no stored visitor profile.

Information You Choose to Send

When you email us, submit a form, or book a call, the details you provide (name, business email, company, role, and what you describe about your initiative) are used to respond, prepare for the conversation, and manage the consulting relationship.

Forms and Booking Tools

Form submissions use bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), may be stored in our CRM and outreach tool (Apollo), and notify our team by email (Resend). Calendar booking runs through Cal.com, which processes the details needed to schedule and manage the meeting.

Privacy-Friendly Product Analytics

The website records lightweight usage signals through PostHog, a product-analytics provider: the page viewed, the referring link, campaign tags in the URL, clicks on tracked links, and scroll depth on service pages. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or third-party advertising cookies. PostHog and Cloudflare may process your network address (IP) and basic device information to deliver and secure the site.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your information is used only to operate the business and respond to you.

Protected Delivery Records

We keep client findings, decision records, roadmap notes, diagrams, and handoff material in a protected delivery process. Do not submit secrets, passwords, production credentials, or regulated data until a secure client process is agreed.

Changes to This Notice

This notice may change as the website or its tools change. The current version date is shown at the top of this page.
