BLUEPRINT

3 to 6 weeks · $35K to $85K

Turn an Approved Goal Into Buildable Azure Architecture.

The goal is approved, but build work cannot start: target architecture, controls, cost model, and implementation scope still need sign-off. The Architecture Blueprint Sprint settles those decisions in 3 to 6 weeks and ends in approved, buildable scope your team can hand to delivery.

Use This When

Use This When Architecture Needs Approval.

  • An Azure Architecture Assessment or internal review found work worth moving forward.
  • The initiative needs architecture approval before engineering starts.
  • Security, identity, data, integration, or cost assumptions are unresolved.
  • The team needs buildable scope and SOW inputs before delivery starts.

Delivery Structure

How the Engagement Runs.

  1. 01Blueprint kickoff and working sessions
  2. 02Target state architecture and integration model
  3. 03Security, governance, cost, and delivery assumptions
  4. 04Backlog, sequencing, implementation scope, and SOW draft

Outcomes

What the Blueprint Makes Ready.

The sprint gives your team approved target architecture, implementation scope, assumptions, a delivery backlog, and a draft Statement of Work (SOW) that build work can start from.

What You Get

Output 01
Target architecture
Output 02
ADR register for material decisions
Output 03
Integration, identity, security, and governance model
Output 04
Cloud and AI cost model
Output 05
Delivery backlog and sequencing
Output 06
Implementation SOW draft

How We Work

  • Confirm business objective, acceptance criteria, and constraints.
  • Architect the target state across Azure, AI, data, identity, and integration.
  • Record approved material architecture choices as Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) where needed.
  • Translate architecture into backlog, scope, timeline, and implementation assumptions.

Composite Example

Azure Landing Zone Drift Example

A composite example of turning landing zone drift across identity, networking, and policy into one approved standard — the kind of decision work the Blueprint Sprint turns into buildable scope.

Questions

Before You Book.

The first call confirms the goal, the timeline, and whether this service matches the work.

Is implementation included?

No. The sprint produces the approved scope and SOW so the Pilot to Production Build, your internal team, or a vendor can start build work with clear boundaries.

When should we skip Assessment and start here?

Start here when the business objective, owner, initiative, and approval decision are already clear and the main gap is architecture approval. If any of those are still open, the Azure Architecture Assessment is the faster, lower-cost first step.

Does this include ADRs?

Yes, when a decision affects cost, security, identity, AI, or data and needs a durable record.

Talk Through the Blueprint You Need.

Building on an unapproved architecture is how rework starts. Settle the target before the next sprint commits it. Bring the approved goal, current architecture notes, open decisions, and delivery timeline. The first architecture call is free for qualified teams and confirms whether the Architecture Blueprint Sprint matches the work.
