ASSESSMENT

2 to 3 weeks · $15K to $35K

Clarify Azure Architecture Before Implementation Grows.

Use the Azure Architecture Assessment when cost, governance, landing zone, AI readiness, security architecture, ownership, or implementation scope needs review before the team commits to more work.

Use This When

Use This When Azure or AI Work Needs Review.

An AI pilot has business support but production controls are unclear.
Cloud, data, security, or governance owners are not aligned.
The team needs a 90 day action plan before approving larger delivery.
A budget, vendor, or implementation choice needs architecture evidence.

Delivery Structure

How the Engagement Moves Forward.

  1. 01Intake and evidence request
  2. 02Cloud, data, AI, security, cost, and governance review
  3. 03Current state findings and risk prioritization
  4. 04Review meeting with action plan and recommended actions

Outcomes

What the Assessment Gives Your Team.

The assessment gives your team current state findings, risk priorities, owners, and a 90 day action plan.

  • Confirms the business objective, owner, success criteria, and operating constraints.
  • Ranks open Azure and AI work by value, feasibility, risk, cost, and urgency.
  • Gives the team a clear architecture view before implementation expands.
  • Shows whether the work should stay internal, move into Blueprint, move into Build, or enter Governance.

Assess the current state and business objective.
Prioritize production risks, use cases, blockers, and owners.
Map findings to CAF, Azure Landing Zone, WAF pillars, AI decision questions, and operating guidance.

Questions

Questions Before You Book.

Use the first call to confirm the goal, timeline, and whether this service matches the work.

Is this a technical audit?

It is broader than a technical audit. The assessment reviews business objective, architecture, AI, data, cloud, security, cost, governance, and operational readiness together.

Do we need production access?

No. The first pass can start with diagrams, cost context, architecture notes, team interviews, and sanitized evidence. Deeper access is agreed only when the work requires it.

What happens after the assessment?

The work can move into an Architecture Blueprint Sprint, Pilot to Production Build, governance retainer, internal execution, or no further engagement.
