GOVERNANCE

Annual retainer · $8K to $50K per month

Keep Production AI and Azure Architecture Governed.

Production AI and Azure work drifts between reviews: risk, cost, controls, and architecture changes pile up faster than owners can explain them. Managed AI and Cloud Governance reviews them every month and assigns owner actions, so the work stays explainable to the people who own the risk. It runs as an annual retainer, not a one-time cleanup.

Use This When

Use This When Governance Needs Monthly Review.

  • AI or Azure work is already in production or nearing production.
  • Risk, cost, controls, and architecture decisions need recurring review.
  • Security, platform, data, product, and operating owners need one review schedule.
  • Roadmap changes need follow-through after the initial project.

Outcomes

What Governance Keeps Visible.

The retainer keeps production AI and Azure work visible to the people funding and operating it through monthly reviews, owner actions, and roadmap updates.

How We Work

  • Review AI, Azure, security, cost, and architecture evidence each month. Check it against the Cloud Adoption Framework, the Well-Architected Framework, and approved Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), using Defender for Cloud and Azure Monitor signals.
  • Identify risk, drift, cost issues, and architecture decisions needing attention.
  • Assign owner actions through the governance review.
  • Report status, blockers, decisions, and recommendations to the right owners.

Questions

Before You Book.

The first call confirms the goal, the timeline, and whether this service matches the work.

Is this a replacement for a managed service provider (MSP)?

No. This covers architecture governance, risk, cost, and reporting. MSP, help desk, ticketing, incident response, and round-the-clock operations remain separate.

Can remediation work be included?

Yes. When the governance review identifies work that needs implementation, it is scoped separately as a Pilot to Production Build or under a fixed remediation Statement of Work (SOW).

How is this different from normal reporting?

Normal reporting shows numbers. The monthly review covers AI risk, Azure cost, architecture changes, controls, and roadmap decisions, then assigns owner actions with follow-through, so issues get decided and closed, not just displayed.

How is this different from Architecture Office?

Managed AI and Cloud Governance reviews what is already in production: risk, cost, controls, and the actions owners take between reviews. Architecture Office supports the decisions ahead — roadmap, vendor choices, and architecture review before work commits. Run Governance when production risk needs named owners; run Architecture Office when upcoming decisions need a senior reviewer.

Talk Through the Governance Cadence You Need.

Risk, cost, and controls drift between reviews faster than owners can explain them. Bring what is running in production, the current risks, and the roadmap pressure. The first architecture call is free for qualified teams and confirms whether Managed AI and Cloud Governance is the right service.
